Job Overview

Our team is seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of timely, high-quality environmental impact assessments. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage and grow teams, develop new client relationships, and expand existing ones.

As a key member of our Sydney Environmental Impact Assessment team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day activities of team members to ensure adherence to our policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to staff wellbeing, retention, and engagement.
  • Supporting the leadership team to deliver the financial year workgroup plan.
  • Fostering an engaged and motivated team of well-qualified and experienced staff.
  • Tracking and managing the team's pipeline of opportunities.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline, such as environmental science or planning, with postgraduate qualifications preferred. Industry recognition and certification in environmental approvals are also highly desirable.

  • Superior project management and delivery skills.
  • Extensive consulting experience with demonstrated technical, commercial, and delivery acumen.
