
Senior Manager

Our team is seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of timely, high-quality environmental impact assessments. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage and grow teams, develop new client relationships, and expand existing ones.
As a key member of our Sydney Environmental Impact Assessment team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day activities of team members to ensure adherence to our policies and procedures.
- Contributing to staff wellbeing, retention, and engagement.
- Supporting the leadership team to deliver the financial year workgroup plan.
- Fostering an engaged and motivated team of well-qualified and experienced staff.
- Tracking and managing the team's pipeline of opportunities.
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline, such as environmental science or planning, with postgraduate qualifications preferred. Industry recognition and certification in environmental approvals are also highly desirable.

- Proven ability to lead teams and individuals.
- Demonstrated strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
- A drive to mentor junior and mid-level consulting staff.
- Proven ability to network and influence at peer levels.
- Extensive experience leading and managing environmental assessment and impact statement projects.
- Superior project management and delivery skills.
- Extensive consulting experience with demonstrated technical, commercial, and delivery acumen.
