About the Job
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant - Business Development, you will be a leader within our business, working closely with our management team and peers to develop the business. You will be responsible for developing key accounts, targeting new ones, and identifying and winning business in other verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Work closely with our management team to develop business strategies and implement plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in other verticals
- Mentor less experienced staff and contribute to their development
- Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in recruitment or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of and ability to utilise leading-edge automation tools
- Ability to map and track work and strategies using leading tech tools
- Great customer service focus and ability to deliver great outcomes
- Working autonomously and within a team, with a focus on achieving business objectives
