Job Title: Senior Safety Investigator
">About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our health and safety investigations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) principles and regulations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
">Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective OHS investigation frameworks and governance structures.
- Lead and oversee OHS investigations into reportable incidents, complex incidents, and safety processes.
- Provide expert guidance on best practice incident investigation techniques and processes.
- Identify risks and make recommendations following complex workplace incidents.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, flexibility to work in a fluid environment, strong organisational skills, and experience using Microsoft 365 applications.
">Requirements- Proven experience in health and safety investigations.
- Strong understanding of OHS legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
