Data Center Construction Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Construction Project Engineer to join our team at Amazon Corporate Services Pty Ltd. As a Data Center Construction Project Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our Data Center projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and contractors, resolving project issues, managing RFIs, change orders, and other key delivery functions.
Key Responsibilities- Establish communication and coordination across a data center region's general contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain a tracking system for construction/design changes, RFIs, work/change orders, build durations, critical priorities, and developing dashboards to track this information for project and regional leadership review.
- Request and review work activity MOPs (Methods of Procedure) for proper detail, necessity, and risk and develop same with the project team.
- Onboard new project vendors for security badging and onboarding orientation.
- Update project management software with milestone dates, correspondence, and documents.
- Monitor delivery of owner-furnished material to site.
- Compile and store construction data from vendors.
- Manage various project checklists including substantial completion checks, safety, and quality, etc.
