Data Center Construction Project Manager

Project Overview
We seek an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our data center construction project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Client Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for all client-side matters, advocating for our needs and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Scope & Schedule Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive project scope document and detailed project schedule, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Budget Control: Maintain strict budget control, tracking all project expenditures and ensuring cost-effective delivery.
- Contract Administration: Oversee all construction and fitout contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC): Implement a robust QA/QC program to guarantee the project meets industry standards and best practices.
- Communication & Reporting: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and updates.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years' relevant experience in large-scale Greenfield / Brownfield projects in the Data Centre industry.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
