Job Description

The primary responsibility for this role is the oversight of debt collection, including the generation of invoice cycles and management of bank reconciliations across multiple business entities. The position works with various internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes, controls and reporting for the financial collections function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of timely and effective debt collection processes.
  • Creating and maintaining client invoicing cycles, preparing fortnightly AR reports for review.
  • Management of policies, practices and internal controls for the AR function.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, incorporating the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Resilience to play an active role in problem solving and adapting to internal and external changes to processes or systems.
  • Previous experience working in accounts, with a focus on financial collections and debt recovery.
