We are seeking a world-class technical leader to join our team as a Senior Solutions Architect. This person must be a self-starter and comfortable with dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced, fun, energetic environment.

This role requires a broad range of skills and experience, including data architecture, ETL, security, performance analysis, analytics, and more. The ideal candidate will have the insight to connect customer business problems with Snowflake's solution, communicate effectively with various audiences, and possess the technical skills to build demos, execute proof-of-concepts, and provide consultative assistance on architecture and implementation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead technical aspects of client data warehouse implementations and on-boarding efforts
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services teams as needed
  • Help clients troubleshoot the implementation of the product within their systems
  • Identify, document, triage, and track issues to ensure resolution
Ideal Candidate
  • 12+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Strong database and data warehouse experience, including recent experience writing and tuning complex SQL queries
  • Experience and understanding of large-scale infrastructure-as-a-service platforms
