Facilities Maintenance Professional

We have an exciting opportunity for a technician to join our maintenance team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will play an integral part in servicing our facilities and equipment to maintain a high standard of quality, providing a safe and functional environment for our members and team.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out general maintenance around the facility, including repairing equipment, painting, building, and planned maintenance
- Ensure all logged maintenance jobs are followed up and completed in a timely manner
- Equipment removal and reinstallation
- Document and maintain maintenance records and hazard identification, reporting any incidents or near misses through health and safety systems
- Be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding role
- Have effective communication skills and natural ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, comfortable working autonomously
- Confident managing and coordinating external contractors
