Technical Support Specialist

This position is for a Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients with desktop, network, and data centre technologies.

  • The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  2. Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems using tools such as Putty, TeamViewer, and TFTP server.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • CCNA certification or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Familiarity with Cisco routers and switches.
