**Key Responsibilities:**

• To develop engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 5-12 years, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and social growth.

• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through open communication, empathy, and mutual respect.

• Maintaining a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of belonging among children, while adhering to rigorous health and safety standards.

• Collaborating with other educators to achieve quality outcomes for children by sharing expertise, best practices, and innovative ideas.

**Requirements:**

• A minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Outside of School Hours Care or Diploma in Children's Services (Education and Care) or Bachelor in Early Childhood or Primary.

• Possession of a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain it upon commencement.

• Current first aid and anaphylaxis qualifications and training or willingness to obtain them upon commencement.

• Proficiency in child protection procedures and knowledge of ACECQA The National Quality Framework (NQF).
