Event Planning Assistant

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with teams and supporting the planning of events from start to finish. You will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and updating event planning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling and timelines
  • Upload and organize event documentation and supplier invoices
  • Maintain accuracy across event planning platforms
  • Support event setup and pack down including styling placement and pack-away
  • Respond to internal admin requests with efficiency and attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a fast learner with excellent attention to detail, who is comfortable navigating systems and cloud-based tools. You should be proactive and organized with a can-do attitude, and available for occasional early mornings, evenings or weekend shifts.
