Early Years Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Training Coordinator to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about shaping the future of early learning and is committed to delivering high-quality training programs.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering training in trauma-informed practice, early childhood education, or child and family services.

  • Deliver training packages that meet diverse community needs and reflect best practice in the field.
  • Coordinate and deliver trauma-informed training packages to educators and teachers across South Australia as part of our flagship program.
About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is a natural connector and can inspire, motivate, and empower educators, volunteers, and community partners.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of trauma, family systems, child development, and evidence-informed models of practice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience delivering training in trauma-informed practice, early childhood education, or child and family services.
  • Strong knowledge of trauma, family systems, child development, and evidence-informed models of practice.
  • Natural communication skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
