About the Role- Deliver high-quality training in trauma-informed practice, Early Childhood Education, or Child and Family Services to educators and teachers across South Australia as part of the Preschool Boost Program.
- Design and adapt training packages to reflect best practice and meet diverse community needs.
- Support educator capability to create safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environments that foster every child's school readiness.
- Proven experience delivering training in trauma-informed practice, Early Childhood Education, or Child and Family Services.
- Strong knowledge of trauma, family systems, child development, and evidence-informed models of practice.
- A natural leader who can inspire, motivate, and empower educators, volunteers, and community partners.
