The Logistics Lead will oversee the strategic development of material supply chain operations. Ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks, government decisions, and Defence's mission and policy requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct a team of logistics practitioners to mature the Attack Helicopter SPO's supply capability
  • Oversee reception, cataloguing, and codification of AH-64E Apache spares and support equipment procured via Foreign Military Sales
  • Oversight and governance of Procurement, reception, and laydown of Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (POL), consumables, and other tooling or support equipment procured via Direct Commercial Sales
  • Leadership in OEM Performance Based Logistics arrangements
  • Ensure compliance of the AH-64E Apache supply system with Defence Logistics Manual and other policies
  • Stakeholder engagement and negotiation with Project Manager, Product Manager, Industry partners, and operating units
  • Continuous analysis and performance monitoring to ensure availability of supplies to the AH-64E Apache fleet

This role requires access to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) controlled technology. Defence may utilise workforce exemptions to mitigate these restrictions, requiring applicants to provide details of all current citizenships and permanent residencies, as well as previously held citizenships.
