Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design and deployment of high-impact learning and development programs.
  • Lead a high-performing team focusing on open communication, psychological safety, personal development, and career growth.
  • Deliver exceptional service to the business, driving innovation and transformation across the Talent Development function.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing insights, coaching, and strategic advice on organisational capability.
  • Develop the Talent Development strategy, roadmap, and guidance.
  • Collaborate across Talent locally and globally, leveraging diverse strengths for greater impact.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years experience in learning and development roles.
  • Proven experience in leading a large team and overseeing complex projects or processes.
  • Strategic thinker with an innovative mindset.
  • Ability to influence and guide senior leaders, demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience in learning and development, facilitating engaging large groups in a professional environment.
  • Organisational/Executive Coaching qualifications and experience are highly regarded.
