Procurement Role

Our team is seeking a talented Procurement professional to fill the Sourcing Officer position.

  • This is a full-time permanent role which can be based in Bendigo or Melbourne.

We offer flexible work options that put our people first, including a hybrid model with a minimum of two days per week.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Law and Communications or other relevant fields are preferred.
  • Procurement experience in Sourcing and/or Operations will be advantageous.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting both Sourcing & Partnerships and Operations teams by focusing on sourcing administration tasks, engaging with stakeholders, and striving to deliver a best practice Procurement function.

About the Role:

  • Focusing on sourcing administration tasks supporting sourcing events, contract record management, and operations activities including compliance reporting.
  • Engage with and proactively manage stakeholders across the organisation to understand business imperatives and support these with the appropriate Procurement strategy.
  • Strive to deliver a best practice Procurement function by continuously improving category knowledge and provide insights for supplier consolidation and savings.
