Project Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and driven project leader to lead cross-functional projects in an innovation-focused environment. This role ensures project objectives are met on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business goals.

Position Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements with stakeholders.
  • Drive execution and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Serve as primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across departments to maintain project transparency and momentum.
Risk Management
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and conflicts.
  • Develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruption.
Budget & Resource Management
  • Optimize allocation of personnel, tools, and materials for efficient project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets and track expenditures against forecasts.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor project progress and performance against KPIs and key milestones.
  • Prepare and present regular status updates, reports, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and team workflows.
  • Support standardization efforts and best practice sharing across projects.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in project management within engineering, manufacturing, automation, or a related industry.
  • Proven success in managing complex, multi-phase projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Certifications
  • PMP
  • Agile or Scrum Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
