  • Foster a positive team environment by leading, developing, and supporting crew members.
About You

We seek an individual with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a proactive team player with a 'can-do' attitude, and demonstrate a friendly demeanor.

You will be responsible for transferring guests safely and efficiently on and off the vessel/sealegs, while maintaining immaculate personal presentation. Adaptability and prioritization are key to ensuring the smooth delivery of the tour.

To succeed in this position, you must hold a current Master's certificate issued by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA).
