Essential qualifications include:

  • Over 10 years' experience in risk management across financial services, including life insurance
  • In-depth knowledge of risk types, with hands-on application of controls and remediation
  • Strong understanding of the Australian insurance market, its regulatory landscape, and life insurance risk characteristics
