Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Learning Technology Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and developing the learning technology stack and other digital learning platforms.

This role involves working closely with L&D, HR systems, and IT teams to design, deliver, and scale user-centric, data-informed digital learning experiences. The work will directly contribute to employee growth and business performance by leveraging technology to enhance learning across the organisation.

About the Role

  • Oversee and develop the learning tech stack and other digital learning platforms to meet business and learner needs.
  • Partner with L&D, HR systems, Sales Enablement, and IT teams to implement and maintain scalable, secure, and user-friendly learning technologies that support global learning strategies.
  • Work with IT, Sales Enablement, and HR to ensure seamless integration of learning technologies with other enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, performance management) and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of learning data, build dashboards and reports to evaluate learning impact, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Liaise with external vendors and platform providers to manage licenses, upgrades, feature rollouts, and support tickets, ensuring tools remain current and effective.
  • Provide business plans, technical requirements, support, guidance, and training to internal stakeholders—including L&D teams, managers, and end users—on how to use learning technologies effectively.
  • Ensure digital learning content and systems comply with accessibility standards, corporate policies, and data privacy regulations.
  • Stay current with learning technology trends and innovations; evaluate new tools and features to enhance learner engagement, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital learning technology, instructional technology, or related software development roles in a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems, SCORM/xAPI content standards, and integration of enterprise HR and learning platforms.
  • Strong technical and development knowledge of learning platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP), multimedia tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint).
  • Expert level experience with software development practices and methodologies.
  • Understanding of compliance, information security, and data privacy principles in a global context.
  • Proactive, self-driven, team player, who can navigate strategy and execution through ambiguity.
