As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing technical processes and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assess project documentation to ensure compliance with governing bodies and regulations.
  • Manage documentation accurately and efficiently, completing job files and office systems in a timely manner.
  • Prepare technical reports on compliance requirements and project recommendations.

You will work closely with the Business Unit team to manage day-to-day operations and assess projects. This role requires strong technical competence, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.

About You
  • You should hold a University degree or equivalent formal qualification in construction recognized by AIBS/RICS.
  • You must be able to manage your workload effectively and demonstrate accuracy and timeliness in checking documentation.
  • You should have the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
