Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Assurance Specialist to join our laboratory team in a quality-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of SAP, calibration and experience working in a regulated manufacturing setting. They will be responsible for the analysis of food products and related ingredients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting analytical tests and reporting on results
  • Sampling as required for accurate testing
  • Validating and calibrating analysis equipment to ensure accuracy
  • Supporting the investigation of any out-of-specification results
  • Participating in sensory panels to evaluate product quality
  • Collaborating with laboratory teams to achieve continuous improvement
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A degree in food science or a related field is desirable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • An ability to multi-task and deliver repeatable accurate results
  • A strong interest in working in the food assurance area
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Working Conditions

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in Australia and have permanent residency.
