Customer Experience Associate

Customer Experience Associates play a vital role in ensuring patients receive suitable, safe and nutritious meals.
As part of our culinary team, you will be responsible for working across a variety of roles which together are responsible for enhancing patient care. You will have a strong work ethic and take pride in delivering high-quality service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plating, distribution and collection of patient meals
- Delivery of fluids and mid-meals
- Preparation of food and beverages
- Stock rotation and control
- Cleaning duties and use of an industrial dishwasher
Requirements:
- Current Food Handlers Certificate
- Demonstrated ability to read, understand and follow HACCP & Food Safety Principles, policies and procedures
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, organisational skills and ability to adhere to strict schedules and deadlines
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software
- Ability to cover a rotating roster across 7 days
