Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
- Oversee the successful daily operations of the OTC area of the pharmacy, ensuring it is well-stocked and presented to a high standard.
- Inspire and lead the OTC team to deliver outstanding and professional customer service for every member and customer, every time.
- Relevant retail and people management experience in Pharmacy.
