We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our pre-opening team at our new hotel in Sydney. As a key leader in the guest experience, you will be responsible for guiding our F&B team on the floor during service, ensuring operations flow smoothly and every guest touchpoint exceeds expectations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising shifts, demonstrating full menu and beverage knowledge, and taking ownership of service recovery. You will also be expected to collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless and connected experience for our guests.

**Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead host in Talk Shop and Grab & Go, setting the tone for genuine, unscripted guest experiences.
  • Run the shift, guiding and supporting the F&B team with energy, clarity, and care.
  • Ensure service standards are upheld while bringing individuality and creativity to the guest journey.
  • Demonstrate full menu and beverage knowledge, helping guests with descriptions and recommendations.
  • Take ownership of service recovery using the LEAST model and close the loop on any guest concerns.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a hotel, café, or casual dining venue
  • A guest-first mindset, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confident food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to train and guide others
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support other departments when needed
  • A passion for bringing a brand to life through authentic service and leadership
