Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Skyfeast. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering premium quality food and beverages.

About the Role

  • Lead a Team: You will be responsible for leading a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service and meet our high standards.
  • Operational Management: You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including menu management, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: You will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Training and Development: You will be responsible for training and developing your team members, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Availability: Ability to work five days per week, Monday to Sunday.
