About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tender and Grants Writer to play a critical role in securing funding for key projects and initiatives. This position is responsible for preparing high-quality tenders, grants, and proposal submissions to support our client's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate tender and grant submissions to ensure timely and high-standard delivery.
  • Write clear and persuasive narratives that highlight our client's capabilities.
  • Research and identify funding opportunities aligned with our client's strategic objectives.
  • Analyse regulatory documents to extract relevant information for submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to gather insights and ensure compliance with submission requirements.
  • Implement best practices and quality control for all submissions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and the board.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in business, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in writing successful funding applications, tenders, and proposals, ideally within the not-for-profit (NFP) sector.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality written content.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret information from a range of sources.
  • Proven project coordination skills and experience.
  • High-level computer literacy.
Desirable
  • Experience in the aged care sector.
