Integration Testing Lead

This position entails overseeing the integration testing team at a gaming organization, exemplifying technical leadership, and delivering outstanding results to the product portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and testing, with experience in Agile methodologies and ability to navigate changing business priorities. They must possess excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be able to work collaboratively with global stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a team of SIT engineers responsible for end-to-end software integration testing on games developed by the studio.
  • Direct and ensure procedures, tools, and test plans are in place and consistently followed.
  • Develop Integrity test plans, Compliance test plans, and Integration test plans to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide good test traceability.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Electronics or similar.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Software development and/or testing, including product testing experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Microsoft Office, Jira, Linux OS, Windows OS, C++, C#, scripting and/or automation tools.
