We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to lead our co-working hub in Melbourne. As a Hub Marketing and Community Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote the hub and increase brand awareness in the market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to design and execute local marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with the overall brand strategy.
  • Identifying and capitalising on local marketing opportunities to drive member acquisition and brand visibility.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Designing and overseeing promotional activities, including events, digital marketing, and social media campaigns, to engage the startup and scale-up community.
  • Representing the brand at local events, networking gatherings, and industry conferences to enhance brand presence and establish strategic partnerships.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven success in a marketing and community management role in a co-working hub.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing skills to develop marketing content and campaigns.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for utilising marketing technology and a love for the startup industry.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $75,000-$85,000 + super.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of marketing experience.
  • A strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and co-working space.
  • An ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
