Product Support Specialist

Elevate your career by joining our dynamic team as a Product Support Expert. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to drive operational efficiency and achieve set deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a Field Service Technician, ensuring timely product delivery and setup while maintaining optimal equipment performance.
- Promote effective communication among clients, internal teams, and suppliers to meet all operations, processes, and deadlines efficiently.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience in equipment and machinery, and remain comfortable with manual labor tasks.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Agriculture and Mechanical trades sectors.
- Develop strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, clients, and suppliers.
- Analyze processes and implement improvements to enhance continuous efficiency.
- Exhibit excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Maintain self-motivation and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities within the scope of responsibility.
