Housekeeping Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Housekeeper to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and attend to guest needs promptly.
  • Clean and service allocated rooms to the highest standards within allocated time.
  • Replenish and control guest supplies.
  • Report maintenance issues to supervisors.
  • Follow housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Giving assistance to other departments and carrying out additional duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of relevant experience in a similar role.
