Program Manager - STEM Engagement

The role presents an opportunity to deliver programs across a variety of engineering disciplines, promoting engagement within the local community and building a diverse pipeline of talent.

This position is ideal for those who are passionate about education and enthusiastic about working with various stakeholders to drive outcomes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and agreement on an overall plan, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Contribute to the strategy, facilitating the development of content and learning materials.
  • Plan and deliver onsite work experience programs nationally, coordinating day-to-day activities.
  • Report on conduct and outcomes, including participant demographics and event evaluation.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in events coordination, training, education or STEM are highly regarded.
  • Experience coordinating work experience and/or training activities involving contributors across multiple functions and locations.
  • Ability to use and adapt written and verbal communication skills to suit various audiences.
Key Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also crucial. Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills.
