Primary School Leadership Position

The Primary School is seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategic and operational direction of the school.

This role provides inspiring leadership and stewardship of teaching and learning, collaborates with the Deputy Head of Primary (Teaching and Learning) and Year Level Section Heads to develop a future-focused, student-centred learning culture, and fosters strong relationships with staff, students and families while upholding the College's values.

The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate The Ability To:

  • Model and embed a Christian worldview through leadership and teaching
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams in a school setting
  • Champion student learning and engagement through evidence-based practice
  • Drive innovation, improvement and change within a collaborative environment
  • Communicate effectively across stakeholders and build strong relationships

Requirements:

  • A right to work in Australia
  • Eligibility for VIT registration
