Assistant Principal (Deputy Principal) - Learning and Teaching

We're seeking an inspiring and experienced educator to join our leadership team as Assistant Principal – Learning and Teaching. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Principal to lead the school both strategically and practically to improve teacher effectiveness and to maximise student learning through inspiring and challenging each student to reach their individual potential. About the role
The Assistant Principal - Learning and Teaching has primary oversight of the Curriculum, the Learning Program (Prep to Year 6) and the Learning Enhancement Program.

proven excellence in team management and leadership
leadership experience in the development, review and implementation of curriculum and learning programs
awareness of educational innovation and experience in the management of change within a school environment
ability to develop sustained and trusting relationships with students, staff and parents
advanced organisation, time-management and prioritisation skills
commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.
