Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Performance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Practice portfolio, you will play a critical role in building tools, workflows, and dashboards that empower teams to make informed decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven individual who can combine analytical expertise with stakeholder engagement and a solutions-focused mindset.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering performance reporting, dashboards, and data visualisation tools, as well as proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.

About the Role

This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, including regulators, to ensure compliance and alignment with evolving requirements.

You will be responsible for coordinating responses to government and regulatory consultations and supporting reporting for compliance and accreditation activities.

Key Accountabilities
  • Design and maintain integrated performance reporting systems that deliver consistent insights at program and portfolio levels.
  • Build robust data models and dashboards to evaluate program performance and track strategic objectives.
  • Lead performance analysis of programs and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and apply forecasting and financial modelling to optimise program outcomes and resource allocation.
  • Champion a data-informed culture across Professional Practice, building tools and best-practice guidelines that support confident decision-making.
Essential Attributes

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years in performance analysis, business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering performance reporting, dashboards, and data visualisation tools.
  • Proven ability to build and manage robust data models and integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Experience translating complex data sets into clear insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Track record of evaluating programs, processes, or services to identify opportunities for improvement.
