Urgent Care Veterinary Professional

As a seasoned veterinary professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care to critically ill and injured patients in an emergency setting. You will work collaboratively with a team of experienced veterinarians and nurses to provide exceptional patient care from triage through to discharge.
Main Responsibilities- Critical Care Nursing: Provide expert nursing care to pets requiring urgent medical attention, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout their stay.
- Supporting Veterinarians: Assist our veterinarians with anaesthesia, procedures, and surgery; perform diagnostic sample collection and processing tests as needed.
- Patient Communication: Effectively communicate with pet owners, providing guidance, answering questions, and offering support during emotionally challenging times.
- A qualified Cert IV Veterinary Nurse with a minimum of 2+ years' experience in emergency or a busy general practice setting is essential for this role.
- We offer part-time or full-time roles with flexible scheduling, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, supporting your work-life balance needs.
