Dining Team Leader

This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who can lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional room service experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the In Room Dining Service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked back of house area.
- Assist with stocking mini bar items and serving food and beverages to guests.
- Understand guest requirements and deliver personalized service excellence.
- Oversee general operational tasks and build relationships with guests to encourage future bookings.
- Provide motivation and support to team members as an empowering leader.
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Relevant experience in a similar leadership role.
- Working rights in Australia.
- Self-motivated and driven individual with smart solutions and a proactive attitude.
