Contract Management Role

This is a key opportunity to join our team as a Procurement Specialist responsible for the end-to-end management of contracts on our projects.

As a Procurement Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts
  • Assisting with tender preparation and procurement processes
  • Monitoring project budgets, variations, and claims
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and site staff
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and project requirements
  • Maintaining accurate contract records and reports

We are looking for someone with excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills, who is proficient in project management software and has high attention to detail and commercial awareness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law and be able to provide effective solutions to complex problems.

They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
