Mental Health Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nursing Specialist to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing assessments, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff
- Provide exceptional customer service and person-centered care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
- Current registration as a Nurse with AHPRA
- Experience working in mental health nursing
