Identity and Access Management Leader

We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Identity and Access Management environment, ensuring secure access and compliance. The successful candidate will lead a small IAM team, overseeing access management processes, responding to incidents, and contributing to security strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the IAM team in provisioning, approvals, and system reviews
  • Respond to and manage IAM-related incidents and service requests
  • Contribute to IAM strategy and continuous improvement of security practices
  • Work with stakeholders to plan and implement new tools, systems, and enhancements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in IT, ideally within Identity & Access Management
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Azure AD, Sail Point, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, and PAM
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.)
