Job Summary:
The Technology Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the Technology team at iSelect, overseeing the management of infrastructure, network, and platform support. This role will also involve incident management, vendor management, and operational automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure and Network Management: Manage and maintain office network, data center infrastructure, servers, and storage systems.
- Platform Support: Provide support for customer, digital, and integration platforms, ensuring a high-quality end-user experience.
- Incident Management: Own the incident management process, including communication with stakeholders and reporting.
- Vendor Management: Manage key vendors across the Technology team, ensuring effective relationships and service delivery.
- Operational Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Technology Project Management: Lead technology-focused projects and initiatives, driving business outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in on-prem infrastructure, network management, and IT operations.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Windows 10/11 desktop operating systems, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, MS suite of products, and Microsoft Azure.
- Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and DevOps practices.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing multiple vendors and technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certifications: ITIL certification is strongly preferred.
