Packaging Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Logistics Specialist to join our fast-paced medical logistics environment. This role involves the preparation, packing, and coordination of surgical loan kits to support operating theatres across various healthcare facilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into the healthcare industry, especially in operations and logistics. Full training is provided - what matters most is your reliability, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch medical loan kits for scheduled surgeries
- Monitor and manage the return and replenishment of loan sets
- Communicate with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate daily logistics requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock cycle counts
- Ensure all documentation is complete and invoices are prepared on time
- Build strong professional relationships with hospital staff and theatre teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes
- Must have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (unlimited work rights)
- Must provide a valid COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Must provide two recent professional references
