Senior Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Area Sales Manager to join our Commercial Equipment team in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and driving performance
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers and end-users, particularly in the golf sector
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
- Coordinate trade shows and field days to promote and demonstrate Toro's products
- Collaborate on special projects and support marketing initiatives to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure seamless customer experiences, resolving any delivery, pricing, or service issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership with a minimum of 5 years in equipment sales, ideally within the turf or irrigation in golf sector
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a passion for driving team success and fostering a high-performance culture
- A proactive, solution-focused approach, with the ability to work independently while aligning with national sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, enabling effective reporting and management
- A valid Australian driver's license and the ability to travel within the state and interstate as needed
