About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Manager to join our client's team, where you will play a critical role in their resource management strategy.

As a Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's human resources are allocated effectively to meet project deadlines and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign the right people to the right tasks, considering their skills, experience, and availability.
  • Manage a skills matrix to ensure that each team member is aligned with projects that match their qualifications.
  • Forecast future work demands and plan resource requirements to prevent potential bottlenecks or underutilization.
  • Collaborate with project managers to understand current and upcoming workloads and ensure that projects are adequately staffed.
  • Track and report on resource utilization, using advanced software tools to monitor time spent on various tasks and optimize productivity.
  • Balance complex workloads to ensure no team member is overburdened while aligning tasks with both skill levels and project needs.
  • Participate in recruitment planning, identifying the need for additional hires and working closely with HR to ensure that recruitment efforts align with future project demands.
