About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our vibrant and collaborative team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network.

As an HR Advisor, you will provide specialist HR advisory support services across the business and clinical programs, working closely with HR Business Partners and reporting to a Lead HR Business Partner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing proactive workforce strategies and interventions to drive continuous improvement, performance, and accountability
  • Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and programs to achieve organisational workforce goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with the HR Business Partner to provide mentorship and leadership exposure, enabling streamlined opportunities for professional development and career progression
  • Assisting in the identification of business risks and providing administrative support to the broader HR team

Essential Requirements:

  • Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
  • Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description
