We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a key leader in hospitality management.

Job Description

The role involves supporting the achievement of financial targets, leading and inspiring the team, and ensuring compliance with external bodies. The Grand Hotel is located in Frankston, a gateway to the Mornington Peninsula, featuring a family-friendly bistro and a relaxed atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the achievement of set financial targets.
  • Stock control and management.
  • Ensuring front-of-house ambiance and appearance are appropriate at all times.
  • Staff management, including rostering, training, and performance management.
  • Coordination, execution, and evaluation of promotions.
  • Managing venue auditing and compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality management.
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • Food Handlers Certificate.
  • TAB Compliance.
