In this senior position, you will oversee the entire recruitment process for temporary agency staff. This includes managing fluctuating workforce demands and ensuring timely placement of candidates.
As a key liaison between hiring managers and staffing agencies, you will facilitate successful placements of temporary agency staff while maintaining compliance with onboarding requirements, governance, and procurement procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary agency staff.
- Ensure timely placement of candidates to meet fluctuating workforce demands.
- Act as the primary point of contact between hiring managers and staffing agencies.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in centralised recruitment services within an organisation.
- Experience in providing contingent/temporary staff labour.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
- Operational and strategic sourcing skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and culture fit.
