Medical Recruitment Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced medical recruitment specialist to join our team in a home-based role. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside a senior consultant and be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, driving growth through targeted business development in Victoria and Tasmania.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality doctors
  • BUILD STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS
  • Design and execute targeted candidate attraction campaigns
  • Provide a proactive and quality service to GPs and clients
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the primary care sector
Key Requirements:
  • Proven background in healthcare recruitment or practice management
  • Genuine passion and interest in the healthcare sector
  • High level of motivation and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and build rapport
