Leadership Role in Restaurant Management

We're seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to join our team and help drive success in one of our locations. As a leader, you will be responsible for running effective shifts, achieving key performance indicators, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Uphold high safety standards and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences that exceed expectations.
- Ensure high-quality products are prepared and presented to meet customer needs.
- Assist the General Manager with people-related tasks, including training, coaching, and performance appraisals.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve restaurant operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
