Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including menu execution, inventory management, and employee scheduling.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment that meets health and safety standards.

  • Identify and develop opportunities to increase sales, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop your team.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

  • Familiarity with inventory management, cash handling, and other restaurant operations.
